Brother Beyond

Brother Beyond was an English pop group that was active from 1987 to 1994. The band consisted of singer and keyboardist Nathan Moore, guitarist Steve Alexander, bassist David White, and drummer Euan Lowe.

Their debut album, Get Even, was released in 1988 and reached #10 on the UK Albums Chart, spawning several hit singles including "The Harder I Try", which peaked at #3 on the UK Singles Chart, "He Ain't No Competition" (#6) and "Can You Keep a Secret" (#10). Their second album, Trust, was released in 1990 and reached #18 on the UK Albums Chart. It featured the singles "The Girl I Used to Know" (#9) and "Be My Twin" (#13).

Brother Beyond's most popular song was "The Harder I Try", which was featured in the 1989 film Say Anything.

An interesting fact about Brother Beyond is that singer Nathan Moore later went on to become a contestant on the British version of the reality TV show Big Brother.
