Everything But The Girl

Everything But The Girl (EBTG) was an English musical duo formed in Hull, England in 1982. The duo consisted of vocalist and guitarist Tracey Thorn and guitarist, keyboardist, and vocalist Ben Watt. They released a total of 11 studio albums and 18 singles between 1984 and 2000.

Their breakthrough album was 1984's Eden, which included the UK top 10 hit "Each and Every One". The single "Missing" from their 1994 album Amplified Heart became a worldwide hit when it was remixed in 1995. The duo's 1996 album Walking Wounded contained their most successful single "Wrong".

Their 1998 album, Temperamental, was their most successful album, spawning the UK top 10 single "Lullaby of Clubland" and the hit single "The Only Living Boy in New York". The duo released their last studio album, Temperamental, in 2000.

Interesting Fact: Ben Watt and Tracey Thorn were married in 2008.
