Three Dog Night

Three Dog Night was a rock band active from 1968-1975, known for their vocal harmonies and top 40 hits. The band was made up of Danny Hutton, Cory Wells, Chuck Negron, Jimmy Greenspoon, Joe Schermie, Michael Allsup and Floyd Sneed.

Their most successful albums include Suitable for Framing (1969), It Ain't Easy (1970), Naturally (1970), and Hard Labor (1974). Some of their most popular songs include "Mama Told Me (Not to Come)", "Joy to the World", "Black and White", "One" and "Shambala".

An interesting fact about Three Dog Night is that they were the first band to have three consecutive number one singles in the U.S. from the same album, with their songs "Joy to the World", "Liar" and "An Old Fashioned Love Song" topping the charts in 1971.
