Cage The Elephant

Cage The Elephant is an American rock band from Bowling Green, Kentucky. The band was formed in 2006 and consists of Matt Shultz (lead vocals), Brad Shultz (guitar), Jared Champion (drums), Daniel Tichenor (bass) and Nick Bockrath (guitar). The band released their debut self-titled album in 2008, which included the breakout single "Ain't No Rest for the Wicked".

Their second album, Thank You, Happy Birthday, was released in 2011 and featured the hit singles "Shake Me Down" and "Aberdeen". Their third album, Melophobia, released in 2013, included the single "Come a Little Closer", which was their highest-charting single to date.

Their fourth album, Tell Me I'm Pretty, was released in 2015 and won the Grammy Award for Best Rock Album. It featured the hit singles "Mess Around", "Trouble" and "Cold Cold Cold".

In 2018, Cage The Elephant released their fifth album, Social Cues, which featured the singles "Ready To Let Go" and "Night Running" with Beck.

An interesting fact about Cage The Elephant is that Matt Shultz has a twin brother, Brad, who is also a member of the band.
