Future is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer from Atlanta, Georgia. He is known for his unique sound and style of trap music.
Future's career began in 2010 when he released his debut mixtape 1000. His debut album, Pluto, was released in April 2012 and included the singles "Tony Montana", "Same Damn Time" and "Magic". The album was certified gold by the RIAA and peaked at number eight on the Billboard 200 chart.
In 2015, Future released his second studio album, DS2, which featured the singles "Fuck Up Some Commas" and "Where Ya At". The album was a critical and commercial success, peaking at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified double platinum by the RIAA.
In 2017, Future released his third studio album, Future, which included the singles "Mask Off" and "Extra Luv". The album peaked at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified platinum by the RIAA.
In 2018, Future released his fourth studio album, Beast Mode 2, which featured the singles "31 Days" and "Wifi Lit". The album peaked at number three on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified gold by the RIAA.
In 2020, Future released his fifth studio album, High Off Life, which featured the singles "Life Is Good" and "100 Shooters". The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified gold by the RIAA.
One interesting fact about Future is that he was the first artist in history to have two songs debut in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart at the same time. The two songs were "Mask Off" and "Extra Luv".
