Ramsey Lewis
Ramsey Lewis is an American jazz composer, pianist, and radio personality. He is one of the most successful jazz artists of the 1960s, and has released more than 80 albums since the mid-1950s. He is best known for his 1965 hit, "The In Crowd," which reached #5 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Lewis' most popular albums include the 1965 release, The In Crowd, The Movie Album (1966), and Sun Goddess (1974). Other standout albums include Hang On Ramsey (1970) and Salongo (1975).

An interesting fact about Ramsey Lewis is that he was the first jazz artist to ever perform at the White House. He was invited to perform in 1973 by President Richard Nixon.
