Snoop Dogg

Snoop Dogg is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, television personality and actor. He was born Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr. in Long Beach, California in 1971 and began his career in 1992 as Dr. Dre's protege. Snoop has since gone on to become one of the most successful and well-known hip hop artists in the world.

Some of Snoop Dogg's standout albums include Doggystyle (1993), Tha Doggfather (1996), The Blue Carpet Treatment (2006), and I Wanna Thank Me (2019). His most successful singles include "Gin & Juice" (1993), "Drop It Like It's Hot" (2004), "Beautiful" (2003), and "California Gurls" (2010).

An interesting fact about Snoop Dogg is that he was the first artist to debut at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with "Gin & Juice" in 1993.
