The Groove Vinyl Records

The Groove is an American hip-hop and R&B group from Los Angeles, California. It was formed in 1992 by MC Eiht, Coolio, Yo-Yo, and DJ Quik. They were one of the most influential groups in the West Coast hip-hop scene in the 1990s.

The Groove's most popular albums are their debut album, Straight Checkn 'Em, and their sophomore album, Rated R. Straight Checkn 'Em was released in 1993 and featured the singles "Hittin' Switches" and "Ain't Nothin' But a Word to Me". The album peaked at number 17 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

Rated R was released in 1996 and featured the singles "You Know How We Do It" and "Ridin' High". The album peaked at number 18 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

The Groove has also released a number of singles, including "Gangsta's Paradise", "Gangsta Nation", "You Don't Wanna Go 2 War", and "Let's Get It On".

An interesting fact about The Groove is that they were the first West Coast hip-hop group to receive a major record deal from a major label.
