Yes is an English progressive rock band formed in 1968 by singer Jon Anderson and bassist Chris Squire. The band has gone through many changes in their lineup throughout the years, but their sound has remained relatively consistent. They have released 21 studio albums and had numerous hit singles, such as "Roundabout," "Owner of a Lonely Heart," and "I've Seen All Good People." Yes has also earned a reputation for their epic live performances, with many of their concerts lasting for over three hours.

Some of their most acclaimed albums include 1971's Fragile, 1972's Close to the Edge, and 1977's Going for the One. Their album Tales from Topographic Oceans (1973) was a double album that featured four side-long tracks, each over 20 minutes long. Other notable albums include 1983's 90125 and 2011's Fly From Here.

An interesting fact about Yes is that they have been nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame every year since 1996, but they have yet to be inducted.
