"Get Born" was the debut album by Australian rock band Jet, released in 2003, with which the band originally scored a hit - aided by the high-flying single 'Are You Gonna Be My Girl'. The band went on a major Australian tour with the Rolling Stones, yet often had to hear that 'Are You Gonna Be My Girl' sounded suspiciously like Iggy Pop's 'Lust For Life'. The band, however, claimed to have been mainly influenced by the Sixties Motown sound, Martha and The Vandellas or The Supremes.
