Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau Vinyl Records
Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau (1925-2012) was a German baritone singer and conductor. He was one of the most influential singers of the 20th century, and was known for his interpretations of songs from the German Romantic era. He was also an acclaimed opera singer and recitalist, and was especially noted for his interpretations of the works of Schubert, Bach, and Brahms.
Fischer-Dieskau's most acclaimed albums include the 1955 recording of Schubert's Winterreise, and his 1964 recording of the Brahms lieder. His interpretation of Schubert's Die schöne Müllerin is also highly acclaimed. His recordings of Bach cantatas and Brahms songs are also well-regarded.

An interesting fact about Fischer-Dieskau is that he was the first singer to record all of Schubert's songs. He completed the feat in 1968.
