Zero 7 is the band name of British ambient duo Henry Binns and Sam Hardaker, the eponymous project was founded in 1997, initially becoming famous for remixing songs by well-known bands such as Radiohead. Their debut album Simple Things sold over 1 million copies worldwide in 2001 and earned them comparisons to the French band Air.Zero 7 can above all do one thing to perfection: weave "sound carpets". The kind from "One Thousand and One Nights", on which you can glide along perfectly. You can listen to the music superficially to feel good or listen more closely to hear the subtleties that are in almost every piece.
