Eurodance

Eurodance is a genre of electronic dance music that originated in Europe in the late 1980s and early 1990s. It is a fusion of traditional Euro disco, Hi-NRG, house music and techno. Eurodance is known for its strong beats and catchy hooks, and often features a female vocalist. The genre was popularized by groups such as Technotronic, Snap!, and 2 Unlimited. Eurodance was a major influence on the development of EDM in the United States in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
