Jim Hall was an American jazz guitarist, composer, and arranger. He was one of the most influential jazz guitarists of the 20th century and was a major influence on jazz guitarists such as Pat Metheny and John Scofield. He is best known for his collaborations with artists such as Bill Evans, Sonny Rollins, and Chet Baker.
Some of his standout albums include “Concierto” (1975), “Interaction” (1974), and “Commitment” (1976). Notable songs include “My Funny Valentine”, “All the Things You Are”, and “Autumn Leaves”.
