John Lee Hooker Vinyl Records

John Lee Hooker was an American blues singer, songwriter, and guitarist, born in Mississippi in 1917. He was a major influence on the development of blues music and its growth into other genres, including rock and roll. His distinctive style combined Delta blues, boogie-woogie, and jazz, and he was known for his energetic, one-chord improvisations.

Hooker's most popular songs include "Boogie Chillen," "Crawlin' King Snake," "Boom Boom," and "One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer." His best-known albums include The Real Folk Blues (1965), Hooker 'n Heat (with Canned Heat, 1970), and Mr. Lucky (1989).

An interesting fact about John Lee Hooker is that he was one of the few blues musicians to have success with a major record label, and his music was featured in several movies, including The Blues Brothers (1980). He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1991.
