Kate Bush
Kate Bush is an English singer-songwriter who has been active since 1978. She is known for her idiosyncratic musical style, combining elements of alternative rock, folk, classical, and experimental music. She has released ten studio albums, beginning with her critically acclaimed debut The Kick Inside in 1978. Her other albums include Lionheart (1978), Never for Ever (1980), The Dreaming (1982), Hounds of Love (1985), The Sensual World (1989), The Red Shoes (1993), Aerial (2005), Director's Cut (2011), and 50 Words for Snow (2011).
Bush's standout albums include The Dreaming, Hounds of Love, and The Sensual World. The Dreaming is widely considered to be her most experimental work, featuring elements of jazz, Celtic folk, and electronica, while Hounds of Love is seen as her most commercially successful album and contains the classic singles "Running Up That Hill" and "Cloudbusting". The Sensual World is also highly acclaimed, containing the singles "This Woman's Work" and "Love and Anger".
