Murray McLauchlan (born 1948) is a Canadian singer-songwriter and folk musician. He began his career in Toronto in the early 1970s and has since released a string of successful albums, won numerous awards, and toured extensively.

His standout albums include "Songs from the Street" (1975), "Hard Rock Town" (1976), and "Souvenirs" (1995). His best-known songs include "Down by the Henry Moore", "Farmer's Song", and "Child's Song".

An interesting fact about Murray McLauchlan is that he was the first Canadian musician to win a Juno Award for Best Male Vocalist. He was also the first Canadian artist to have an album certified Gold in the United States.
