Hans Zimmer – The Classics (2xLP)

With numerous Grammy, Oscar and Golden Globe nominations, Hans Zimmer is one of the most successful film composers in the world.

He wrote the melodies for famous classic films, including "The Lion King", "The Pirates of the Caribbean" and many many more.

With "The Classics," Zimmer presents a selection of his greatest works in 2017. Instead of just collecting them on one album, however, the composer dedicated himself to the pieces again, rearranged them and recorded them once more with the help of some top-class musicians from classical music, pop and jazz. Guests on "The Classics" include Chinese star pianist Lang Lang, US crossover violinist Lindsey Stirling, British singer-songwriter Leona Lewis, Georgian pianist Khatia Buniatishvili and many more.
