Peter Blakeley is an Australian singer-songwriter and musician who has released four albums throughout his career. He is best known for his 1989 debut album Crying in the Chapel, which featured the hit single “The River Cried” and was certified platinum in Australia.

His other notable albums include 1993’s Big High, which peaked at No. 8 on the ARIA Albums Chart, and 1996’s Love Comes Around. His most recent album, 2009’s I’m Ready, featured the singles “Let It Flow” and “I’m Ready”.

Some of his standout songs include “The River Cried”, “Let It Flow”, “Crying in the Chapel”, “What About Me” and “I Don’t Believe”.

An interesting fact about Peter Blakeley is that he is the son of Australian jazz musician Ray Price.
