The Scottish band around Elizabeth Fraser, Robin Guthrie and Simon Raymonde belonged to the most influential bands of the 1980s. The iridescent sound of the Cocteau Twins between Dream-Pop and Gothic Rock as well as Fraser's extraordinary voice have influenced countless bands to this day. In In 1990 the Cocteau Twins released their sixth album "Heaven Or Las Vegas". It was their biggest commercial success, it reached the top ten in Great Britain, many magazines later voted it one of the best albums of the 90s. The boss of their then record company 4AD, Ivo Watts-Russell, thinks "Heaven Or Las Vegas" is even the very best 4AD albumThe record is released on vinyl for the first time since 1990.
