With a mixture of Punk and traditional Irish Folk, the Pogues are on the road with an absolutely unique musical colour, and this for over 30 years now! Their probably most famous song "Fairytale of New York" is one of the most famous Christmas songs worldwide and has made the "Pogues-Sound" reach the mainstream. The Pogues are so to speak the "incarnated" mixture of fun, dance, parties and "some" alcohol. Here banjo, saxophone, tin whistle, accordion, guitar, drums, bass and a distinctive voice celebrate life and its aberrations.
