Seals & Crofts was an American folk rock duo made up of Jim Seals and Dash Crofts. The duo first became popular in the early 1970s with their albums Summer Breeze (1972) and Diamond Girl (1973). Their biggest hits were "Summer Breeze," "Hummingbird," and "Diamond Girl". They also had minor hits with "We May Never Pass This Way (Again)" and "Get Closer".

Summer Breeze was the duo's most successful album and featured the title track, which peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100. It also featured their hit single "Hummingbird", which peaked at No. 17. Diamond Girl was also a successful album, with the title track reaching No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100.

An interesting fact about Seals & Crofts is that they are one of the few acts to have charted on both the pop and country charts. Their single "Get Closer" peaked at No. 5 on the country chart and No. 13 on the pop chart in 1976.
