The Rascals Vinyl Records

The Rascals were an American rock band from New York City. Formed in 1965, the band was made up of Eddie Brigati, Felix Cavaliere, Dino Danelli and Gene Cornish. The band had a string of hits throughout the late 1960s, including "Good Lovin'," "Groovin'," "People Got to Be Free," and "A Beautiful Morning."

The Rascals released their debut album, The Young Rascals, in 1966. It was followed by the critically acclaimed albums Groovin' (1967) and Time Peace (1968). These albums contained their most popular hits, and the group won a Grammy Award for Best Performance by a Vocal Group in 1968 for their song "People Got to Be Free."

The Rascals also released two albums in 1969, Freedom Suite and See. The band's final studio album, Peaceful World, was released in 1971.

The Rascals' most well-known songs include "Good Lovin'," "Groovin'," "People Got to Be Free," "A Beautiful Morning," and "How Can I Be Sure."

An interesting fact about The Rascals is that their song "A Beautiful Morning" was featured in the opening sequence of the popular television show The Mary Tyler Moore Show.
