The Walker Brothers was an American pop group formed in 1964 in Los Angeles. It consisted of the three Walker Brothers: Scott, John and Gary. The group had a string of hit singles in the mid-1960s, including "The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore", "Make It Easy on Yourself" and "My Ship Is Coming In".

The Walker Brothers' debut album, Take It Easy with the Walker Brothers, was released in 1965. Their second album, Portrait, was released in 1966 and featured the hits "The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore" and "My Ship Is Coming In". The group's third and final album, Images, was released in 1967 and featured the hit single "No Regrets".

The Walker Brothers had a number of standout songs throughout their career, including "The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore", "Make It Easy on Yourself" and "My Ship Is Coming In". Other notable songs include "Stay with Me Baby", "Living Above Your Head" and "No Regrets".

An interesting fact about The Walker Brothers is that they were initially mistaken for a British group because of their name. Although they were from Los Angeles, they chose the name "Walker Brothers" as a homage to their favorite British rock bands, including The Rolling Stones and The Beatles.
