Reissue of the rare UK reggae/10 track compilation feat.: Black Symbol, Sceptre, Truth & Rights, Gerald Love and Zephaniah

At the time only released in the best DIY tradition and small edition, the two episodes of the compilation series named after the Birmingham district of Handsworth became extremely sought-after (and expensive) collector's items. These recordings of local acts such as Sceptre, Truth & Rights, Gerald Love and Zephaniah were only made possible by the active support of Black Symbol, also from Handsworth, who were one of the hottest acts on the local reggae scene between the late seventies and the early eighties (and who made their professionally equipped Outlaw Studio available to their talented colleagues). Ten great tracks between roots and dub (including two tracks by Black Symbol).
