Ezra Furman – Transangelic Exodus

Both show that the musician cannot be pigeonholed in 2018 either. On the contrary: the new album moves somewhere between indie rock, psychedelic, folk and pop. There are also electronic elements. In terms of content, the songs revolve around love, gender and sexuality, religion and acceptance and the social problems that these themes unfortunately bring with them time and again.

So "Transangelic Exodus" is on the one hand a mouthpiece for all those who struggle with such problems and on the other hand a great and versatile rock album.
