  • Hard to believe, but true: Just one year after their number one album "Humanz", the Gorillaz have made it back into the studio in 2018.

    "The NowNow" is the name of the new, meanwhile sixth album of the virtual quartet. Eleven new songs were recorded by mastermind Damon Albarn and his cohorts at Studio 13 in London in February. James Ford and Remi Kabaka supported the production.

    In contrast to its guest-rich predecessor, "The NowNow" features only a few colleagues. These include American jazz and fusion guitarist and singer George Benson, house musician and producer Jamie Principle, and none other than rap legend Snoop Dogg.
