With "Be Here Now (Remastered)", a remastered version of Oasis' legendary album will be released in 2016 - the title already gives it away. "Be Here Now" is the third studio album by Oasis. It was originally released on August 21, 1997 and reached number one in the UK charts, where it went six times platinum. In Germany it reached number two and was awarded gold.
Like every album of the re-release series, "Be Here Now" is also released as a deluxe edition with three CDs and special bonus content, some of which has never been released, in addition to the standard CD and LP version. In addition to the album, this includes a CD with various demos and live versions as well as another CD with a total of 14 Mustique demos. Noel Gallagher had written part of the songs for "Be Here Now" in 1996 on the Caribbean island. -
