The first track "Life Itself" reignited the buzz around the band. The track is immersive, exotic and takes the band's typical path deep into the thicket off the beaten track. A song that brings the Glass Animals right back into the spotlight after their sensational rise.
When writing the album, Dave was mainly guided by the sonic cosmos that the band had developed and established themselves over the last few years. However, one aspect was added for "How To Be A Human Being" that the band could not even think of when producing their debut Zaba (2014): The size of the venues the band now plays.
